A weird mystery has gripped a Canadian province in the form of bizarre blobs that have been washing ashore on beaches for the last several weeks and, so far, experts are at a loss to explain the puzzling debris. The curious case reportedly first came to light early in early September when a Newfoundland resident posted a photo of one of the slimy-looking oddities on a local Facebook group. His post asking if anyone could identify the blob led to several responses from people who had also stumbled upon the mysterious objects along the southeast coast of the province.
