Hearkening back to the strange craze that swept the globe in late 2020, a mysterious ten-foot-tall metal monolith has appeared in Wales. According to a local media report, the curious triangular pillar was discovered over the weekend atop a sizeable hill in the community of Hay-on-Wye. Richard Haynes, a jogger who stumbled upon the mysterious monolith, initially suspected that it was some kind of scientific instrument related to rainwater, but his assessment quickly changed when he got a closer look at the oddity, musing that "it was way too tall and strange for that."
