A strange story circulating online over the weekend claims that recordings of NASA astronauts talking about UFOs have been confirmed to be truthful via a sophisticated lie detector test.
According to the initial report, which appeared in the British tabloid the Daily Star, a group out of Ohio known as the 'Institute of BioAcoustic Biology' were responsible for the rather dubious-sounding research.
By allegedly making use of "complex computer analysis" which is purportedly more reliable than traditional polygraph tests, the mysterious institute says that their study of four Apollo astronauts' tales of UFO encounters were shown to be truthful.
As one can imagine, the group's work is being met with considerable skepticism, since they fail to provide any proof to back up their bold assertions.
