The headline, “No one ugly allowed,” is printed in bright letters on a yearbook page devoted to an Oswego High School cheerleading team, a picture of the page provided by Community Unit School District 308 shows.
Under the headline, in an article describing steps the team took to convey confidence, a cheerleader is quoted saying the phrase comes from a song the coaches selected to hype the team up before competitions. The meaning behind the phrase is described in the article as inspirational for the team.
