Mac Miller blew nearly twice the legal limit when he was arrested last Thursday in California for DUI and hit-and-run. Miller was arrested after confessing to police when they arrived at his home.
New details surrounding his arrest have emerged as TMZ reported on Miller's blood alcohol level high during the accident in San Fernando Valley.
According to law enforcement sources, when they arrived at Miller's home after the rapper and his friends fled the scene, Miller's BAC was at .15, nearly double California's legal limit of 0.08. The Pittsburgh native damaged his Mercedes G-Wagon when the vehicle struck a power pole, causing the airbags to deploy. Miller's bail was set at $15k.
