An ex-New Orleans Saints cheerleader filed a complaint accusing the NFL of gender discrimination, according to a new report.
Bailey Davis was kicked off the Saintsations for posting a photo of herself in a one-piece on Instagram in January, which violates a rule that prohibits cheerleaders from appearing nude, semi-nude or in lingerie. The rule does not apply to the team's male players.
Davis filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal agency that enforces civil rights laws.
