The Foo Fighters have waited a long time to hit the road, and they're keeping the party going as long as they can. As they gear up to play in Alaska for the first time ever, Dave Grohl and company announced two more North American dates for their 26th anniversary tour: Syracuse, New York on September 15 and Bridgeport, Connecticut on September 17.

Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday (August 13); however, pre-sale is available now with the code MAKINGAFIRE. Tickets are available here.

Unsurprisingly, the Foos have had some interesting things happen so far while on the road. But the most memorable has to be them trolling the Westboro Baptist Church before their show in Bonner Springs, Kanasa. The hate group is known for picketing FF concerts, so the guys rolled up in the back of a flatbed truck and started playing a cover of Bee Gees' "You Should Be Dancing" while dressed as their disco alter egos, the Dee Gees.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I got something to say. Because you know what? I love you,” Grohl told protestors. “The way I look at it, I love everybody. That’s what you’re supposed to do… I deliver all of my love, and you shouldn’t be hating. You should be dancing.”
