It's Official: The Jonas Brothers Announce Return, Comeback Single 'Sucker'

It's official: the Jonas Brothers are back in action.

On Thursday (February 28), the former Disney trio confirmed the speculation of a reunion and announced their comeback single, "Sucker," which is set for release via Republic Records on Friday at 12AM ET on all platforms. The song marks the band's first original release in nearly six years. In addition to the news of the track, the group will launch a special week-long takeover on The Late Late Show with James Corden from March 4 - March 7 on CBS. Not only will they appear on the beloved "Carpool Karaoke" segment, but the trio's takeover will see them chat about their reunion, offer the world premiere performance of "Sucker" and take part in various show segments like "Spill Your Guts or Fill Your Guts."

Word of a reunion amped up earlier this month when Us Weekly reported that Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas would be rebranding themselves under the moniker "JONAS" for all forthcoming projects. Meanwhile, The Sun revealed that the brothers recently flew to London to discuss plans for a comeback. "It's no secret that things weren't great by the end of the Jonas Brothers, but blood is thicker than water and they've healed their rift in the years since the split," a source told the outlet. "After enjoying solo music success and taking time to work on passion projects, they feel that now is the right time to get back together."
