Twenty One Pilots are continuing to define their post-Blurryface era by releasing songs that run the musical gamut ahead of the release of their sophomore album, Trench, and their latest single "My Blood" might be the most diverse yet.
Led by a demanding bass line, Tyler Joseph sings "When everyone you thought you knew / Deserts your fight, I'll go with you / You're facing down a dark hall / I'll grab my light, and go with you," before channeling his inner Bee Gees with a disco-tinged falsetto as he croons "Stay with me / No, you don't need to run / Stay with me, my blood / You don't need to run," in the climatic chorus.

Though unclear if "My Blood" follows the same storyline as the trilogy of songs the duo released before it, it's another look into what to expect from the band's upcoming album, which is slated for an October 5 release via Fueled by Ramen.
