Steely Dan singer Donald Fagen has canceled the last three concerts of his U.S. solo tour.
Fagen's undisclosed illness comes fewer than two weeks after the death of his longtime writing partner and Steely Dan co-founder Walter Becker on September 3.
Becker had been ill for some time. Following his passing, Fagen released a statement pledging to continue performing with Steely Dan to keep the pair's music alive.
Fagen's canceled tour dates include stops in Seattle, WA; Saratoga, CA; and San Francisco, CA, reports VVN Music.
The songwriter has more solo dates starting September 20 in Japan. Then he's scheduled to bring Steely Dan to Europe later in October.
