The Omni Calculator was designed by Mateusz Mucha, a sociologist who wanted to offer an easy way to solve a bunch of day-to-day math problems and how much time you're wasting on social media.
The way the calculator works is you type in the amount of times you go on social media and the length of time spent.
The calculator will then add up those hours and shows you what other activities you could do instead!
For example, if you go on social media once every hour for 10 minutes each time that means you spend at least 2.67 hours per day on social media.
According to the calculator, at this rate you could go through 195 books per year!
