BEST IN THE WORLD: DC's Navy Yard Makes Epic List!

You go, NAVY YARD! 

FORBES MAGAZINE just named the neighborhood home of DC's Nationals' Park - and the historic home of the US NAVY in DC - as one of the coolest neighborhoods IN THE WORLD!

Check that - IN THE WORLD! 

NAVY YARD joins neighborhoods in Seoul, Johannesburg, Colombia and others in this elite category. The only other American neighborhood on the list was Chicago's PILSEN neighborhood. 

The magazine cites NAVY YARD'S waterfront location, historic roots, it's cultural events - including baseball - as reasons the neighborhood has a "cool factor that most other DC neighborhoods lack."
