Change Up Your Diet Based on Daylight Savings Time!

It's almost time to fall back and get an extra hour of sleep thanks to Daylight Savings Time and you can now also improve your diet as well!

The "Daylight Savings Diet" focuses on you eating foods that are in season and available locally like people would back in the day.

This season of Daylight Savings you would add cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and squash to your diet because these vegetables are more available during the Fall. 

So if you are a fun of those vegetables then you're in luck, but if you are like the rest of the world and hate Brussels sprouts then maybe just exclude those!
