Life’s a beach …A new study has found that people who live on the coast are happier than those who don’t live near the ocean. In fact, researchers found that those who live within a half-mile of the beach are up to 40% less likely to show signs of mental health issues. (Market Watch)
Speaking of being happier … go see a show. According to an Australian study, regularly attending concerts makes us happier. And apparently, it’s not just the music. Seem what makes us happy is the “communal” aspect of going to a concert. (Diply)
