Daylight Savings Time begins this Sunday, March 10th, at 2 a.m., for most states in the U.S. While many people love the extra hour of sunlight you get in the evening, others hate losing that hour of sleep in the morning when you spring forward.
- Do you love or hate Daylight Savings and why?

- Do you think it should be Daylight Savings Time year-round?
Do you avoid certain jobs/fields because you think they are male-only?A new British study found that 25 percent of women say they have avoided certain careers because they perceive them as “male only.” These jobs include construction, bus/truck driving and politics. The study also found that one-fifth of women say they are stuck in a job they don’t like, one-third say they have missed out on jobs because of their gender and 32 percent feel they have been passed over for promotions because of their gender. And 67 percent of respondents said they believe it is easier for men to be successful in the working world than it is for women. (SWNS)
Another day, another dumb challenge …This one is called the “Thigh Holding” Challenge and it has gone viral in China. Thousands of people have posted their Thigh Challenge photos on Weibo, the Chinese version of Twitter. (Daily Mail)
Fleeing Facebook …A report found that 17 million young adults in the U.S. have quit Facebook in the last two years. In 2017, 67 percent of the total U.S. population over the age of 12 used Facebook. This dropped to 62 percent in 2018 and 61 percent 2019. With those between the ages of 12 and 34, the number of people using Facebook went from 79 percent in 2017 down to 62 percent this year. The drop-off has been largely fueled by privacy and data concerns. But don’t feel too bad for the social media giant … most of the young people leaving Facebook have gone to Instagram – which Facebook owns. (Daily Mail)
