Apparently some developers may buy the property to tear it down. (MSN

Is there anything coffee can’t do? We already know all the benefits of drinking coffee, but now a new study has found that just smelling coffee helps people perform better on tests. Researchers found that the mere scent of coffee gave people the same energizing effect as drinking the coffee. Basically, it's the placebo effect -- you know that drinking coffee makes you more alert and energized -- so smelling it makes you act the same way. (Stevens.edu

What’s your idea of the perfect day? According to a new study, the average American has 204 good days each year and 15 “perfect days.” So what do most people say are the ingredients for a perfect day? Sleeping in, sunny skies, being outdoors and spending time with loved ones. The study found that, for the average respondent, the perfect day starts with getting up at 8:15 a.m. It features a sunny day with temps in the mid-70s and involves being outside about three hours. It also includes four hours with family and three hours with friends. And the day is capped off with three hours relaxing in front of the TV and going to bed just before 11 p.m. (SWNS Digital)
