  • The first movie came out in 2004.

TAG (Comedy / Action)

WHAT'S IT ABOUT? A small group of former classmates organize an elaborate, annual game of tag that requires some to travel all over the country.

WHO'S IN IT? Jake Johnson, Jon Hamm, Ed Helms, Jeremy Renner, Isla Fisher, Rashida Jones, Leslie Bibb, Hannibal Buress


  • The movie is based on a Wall Street Journal story about a group of men who had spend one month a year for the past 30 years playing tag.
  • Jeremy Renner fractured his right elbow and left wrist doing a stunt for the movie. Though he had to wear casts for the rest of the shoot, these were covered by CGI effects.
  • The movie was originally developed for Will Ferrell and Jack Black.



SUPERFLY (Crime Drama)

WHAT'S IT ABOUT? Career criminal Youngblood Priest wants out of the Atlanta drug scene, but as he ramps up sales, one little slip up threatens to bring the whole operation down before he can make his exit.

WHO'S IN IT? Jennifer Morrison, Trevor Jackson, Michael Kenneth Williams, Esai Morales, Jason Mitchell


  • Opens Wednesday.
  • The original Superfly came out in 1972 and starred Ron O'Neal.
  • The soundtrack is headed by rapper Future.
  • The original film's soundtrack was written and produced by Curtis Mayfield. 
  • Production on the movie started only five months ago.
  • The budget was $16 million.
