Women are more stressed at work than men … According to research from Glamour magazine and wellness site Thrive Global and Survey Monkey, 58 percent of women feel stressed at work more than half the time. Why so much stress? Basically, women take all the weight of workplace problems on their shoulders … as well as whatever is going on in their home lives -- from kids to spouses to managing the home. Speaking of stress … A new study has found that a low phone battery causes people more stress than a job interview … or running late to a work meeting. Apparently the mere thought of not having a phone at their fingertips leaves people feeling isolated and unable to perform their best. (USA Today)
Worth the wait ... A completely unsurprising survey on fashion and dating by dating site Zoosk, found that women take longer to get ready for a date than men. The survey found that 32 percent of all daters said it takes them about 30 minutes to get ready. But this changes when you compare women and men. 37 of women said it took them an hour to get ready, 25 percent said it took 45 minutes to get ready, and 18 percent said they could be ready for a date in 30 minutes. 13 percent of women said it took them an hour and a half to get ready. When it came to guys, 40 percent said it took them 30 minutes, 27 percent said they needed 45 minutes and 19 percent said they needed an hour to get ready for a date. 9 percent of guys said they could be ready in 15 minutes or less.
