As the delta variant of COVID has caused a larger and larger surge of COVID cases, and brought back the requirement for masks in public, indoor spaces, we are also finding that some bars and restaurants are not just stopping there.
Many LA-area bars and restaurants are now wanting proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID test within 48 hours before entering the establishment as a way to protect both the staff and customers.
So if you are planning on going out to eat or enjoy drinks with friends anytime in the near future in Los Angeles, I would suggest checking out this list before going - you may need proof of being vaccinated or having a negative COVID test within 2 days prior before you can enter!
According to Fox LA, these are some of the bars and restaurants requiring proof - of course there may be more, so I suggest looking at the social media pages of wherever you plan to dine before arriving (or just always have your proof of vaccination on you!)
