If You Want To 'Just Scream' Into The Phone, There's A Hotline For That

Look, we all know the last 12 months (and even beyond) have been a LOT. For a multitude of reasons.

So if you're feeling like you need to just get a good scream off your chest, this is just the thing for you. There is a HOTLINE you can call where you leave a voicemail screaming about whatever you could need to scream about at the moment.

The hotline is appropriately called 'Just Scream!' and was created by elementary school teacher Chris Gollmar who wanted to create a space for people let out some tension they have built up. The best part about the hotline? All you have to do is call, scream for as loud as you want, and for as long as you want, and then hang up.

Chris Gollmar told CNN that he came up with the project in September 2020 and launched, naturally, just before election day when people really needed some extra release.

If this sounds like something right up your alley, you might want to get dialing! The creative project/site will only still be up and running until January 21st, closing up shop the day after the United States Inauguration Day 2021.

This isn't the first time Chris has made a hotline similar to this set up as he has worked on these kind of art projects in his free time for years, but this is the first time where he asked people to just call in and scream. And the screams aren't only for you, on the site there is also an option to LISTEN back to people screaming, if that's your sort of release.

Your personal number is not saved into the site, if you're worried about that, but over 70,000 people have already called in and left screaming voice messages. INCREDIBLE.
