About 3 years ago, I hurt my knee running. Stress fractures, pulled muscles, etc...
It took me a year of rehab to get back up to running form. Fast forward two years, and what was my good knee decided to become my bad knee. Now, I have cartilage tears, bone edema, and 0 chance of running again any time soon.
So, are my cardio days over? Nope.
