1. You're sleepy all day. 

2. You're putting on weight.

3.  Foggy Memory

4.  Super emotional

5.  Unmotivated.

6. Slower reaction Time.

7. You become clumsy.

8.  Always feel stressed out. 

9.  You're getting sick, a lot.

10. You're vision gets worse.
