STOP EVERYTHING! Taking a bath burns as much as taking a run?!

Aside from a quick soak in a hot tub... I haven't taken the time to take a bath in YEARS! (i.e. since motherhood)

New research shows that taking a long hot bath may burn as many calories as taking a long run.

Ok, not a crazy calorie busting run... but a long bath burned as many calories as a 30 minute brisk walk.
