There's no doubt that men seem to dominate the rock scene but there are a plethora of incredibly talented women making music as well.

While you may know the likes of HAIM, Hayley Williams, St. Vincent, and Billie Eilish, we've gathered up a batch of other artists and female-fronted bands you need to listen to during Women's History Month and beyond.

Laura Jane Grace

Laura Jane Grace is no stranger to music and has been singing in her punk rock band Against Me! for almost 25 years. She's also put out her own solo music as well as a book.

Beabadoobee

Beatrice Laus aka Beabadoobee released her debut studio album, Fake It Flowers, last year and is most well-known for her viral hit "Coffee" as well as her "Death Bed" collab with Powfu.

The TxLips

Fronted by founder Gabriella “Guitar Gabby” Logan, the Atlanta-based band (pronounced 'Tulips') is already making a name for itself with the song "Another Tear" and their Queens of the New Age EP.

Soccer Mommy

Growing up in Nashville, Soccer Mommy (Sophia Allison) opted for indie rock instead of country. She's already released two albums, Clean and Color Theory. The latter reached No. 7 on the US. Alt. charts.

Noelle Scaggs of Fitz & the Tantrums

Noelle is the co-lead singer of Fitz & the Tantrums and the only woman in the band; which she's been with since 2008. Along with the band's music, she's also released her own and has been featured on a ton of songs.

Nova Twins

English duo Amy Love and Georgia South mix alternative, metal, and hip-hop for an energetic and head-banging good time. The ladies released their debut album, Who are the Girls?, last year.

Ellie Rowsell of Wolf Alice

Ellie formed Wolf Alice in the UK just over 10 years ago and the band was nominated at the Grammy Awards in 2016. They'll be releasing their third album, Blue Weekend, this June.

Ashe
