Tinashe Heats Up Miami With 'Flame' During iHeartSummer '17 Weekend

Miami felt an early heat wave when Tinashe joined forces with Luis Fonsi for the iHeartSummer '17 Weekend by AT&T at Fontainebleau Miami Beach pre-festivity on Saturday afternoon (June 9).

Following Fonsi, who helped spread the "Despacito" love, Tinashe warmed up the 305 scene in preparation for the two-day musical affair, which will also include performances from Fifth Harmony, Miley Cyrus and DJ Khaled. Dressed in a sparkling gold ensemble and a white midriff-bearing tank top, the 24-year-old continued her promotional campaign for "Flame," a brooding pop-focused track about the push for a faltering relationship, close to the 6PM hour on a platform at the Oasis Pool.

Despite the drizzling rain, the budding pop star worked it out alongside two background dancers as she made her way around the platform to engage with pool-goers and and get flirty with the camera.

Prior to hitting the stage, T spoke with Elvis Duran about the essence of our iHeartSummer ’17 Weekend, sharing some background on how she used to spend the season in Iowa. "My family's from the mid-west. My parents are from Iowa, so I would always go there for my summers. . . .It was super fun. We'd ride bikes everywhere. We would go tubing down the river. My grandma had canoes. We built tree houses. Summers were like endless possibilities."
