Bebe Rexha Stuns In Monsoori Dress At 2019 Grammys: See The Look

Just a few weeks back, Bebe Rexha revealed on Instagram that she was having a hard time finding an outfit for the 2019 Grammys because unnamed designers didn't want to dress her due to her size. On Sunday (February 10), the two-time nominee took to the big music ceremony in a puffy red Monsoori dress, proving that she doesn't care one bit about pretentious fashion big-wigs.

Alongside a giant diamond necklace, Rexha lived out her true Cinderella dream in the Monsoori red tulle ball gown. "It's been amazing. I didn't expect it. I just did the [Instagram] video because I was really heartbroken and it bummed me out because they said I was too big or fat," she told Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet. "I love my body. You know? I just want other girls to love their bodies. I got Jeremy Scott, Moschini and Christian Siriano and Karl Lagerfeld hit me up and I was like, 'This is amazing.'" Prior to the big night, Rexha told Variety at the Women in Harmony event that she had two dresses for the big occasion ready to go. "I have two options, and I’m gonna pick the one I feel like in the moment," she admitted.

In her initial reveal, Rexha let her frustrations run wild on the topic. "I had to get this off my chest. If you don’t like my fashion style or my music that’s one thing. But don’t say you can’t dress someone that isn't a runway size," Rexha captioned the Instagram video in late January. "Empower women to love their bodies instead of making girls and women feel less then by their size. We are beautiful any size! Small or large! My size 8 ass is still going to the Grammys."
