Is Trump really planning to pass a FART bill?

A leaked draft a bill called the United States Fair and Reciprocal Tariff Act indicates that President Donald Trump is planning to toss out the fundamental rules of the World Trade Organization, in favor of "a license to raise U.S. tariffs at will, without congressional consent and international rules be damned," according to an Axios report.

Though the draft's legislation, which was reportedly ordered by the president himself, is stunning in content, it's the proposed bill's name that's catching people's attention: the F.A.R.T. Act.

Filling in for Glenn Beck on today's show, Stu Burguiere struggled to keep a straight face while reporting on the proposed bill. "I don't think FART is the right answer for our economy at this time. We've made so much progress and then we're going to go FART," observed Stu. "FART would knock out all the good things that happened with the tax bill… FART will become a bad word. People will think of FART and think negative things."

"I don't think it's appropriate," he added. "I hope people will take a moment to call the White House and say 'Hold the FART in.'"
