Hello again friend! Today I wanted to share with you another super healthy recipe that my fiancee Shawna has been making to boost our immune system through extra nutrition. Like many, we are striving to keep our immune system firing on all cylinders during this unprecedented time.
Obviously people have been hoarding food recently, but we've had no problem finding fresh produce! We've been heavy on the fruits and veggies for quite some time.
Today I wanted to share one of Shawna's recent healthy creations... Citrus Berry Smoothie!

Citrus Berry Smoothie
An excellent way to boost your immunity first thing in your day is to start with this smoothie, jam-packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. The flax seeds add beneficial Omega 3's and the ginger is an excellent way to cleanse your blood and help reduce inflammation.
1/2 cup wild blueberries
1 chunk ginger
a handful of fresh spinach
1 TBSP. Flax Seeds
3/4 cup water
