Zac Brown Band will be postponing "The Comeback Tour" and canceling four shows after Zac Brown has tested positive for COVID-19.

Sharing the news to the band's official Twitter account, Brown revealed that the band hopes to return back to the road and resume their tour as soon as they have waited out the mandatory quarantine period.

"I am deeply disappointed this has happened, as touring is our life and performing live for our fans is the best part of our job," Brown said in a statement on Twitter. "The bottom line is that I want to take every precaution to put the health and safety of our fans and crew first. We will resume the tour as soon as I have finished the CDC-mandated quarantine and it is safe for our band members and crew to do so."

"I am grateful to our fans for understanding this decision, as well as everyone on the front lines who can't stay at home because their work is essential," Brown said. "I believe we can all overcome this together. As soon as we can, we'll see you back out on the road again. Nothing's better than the comeback."

Due to the positive COVID diagnosis, the band's shows in Clarkson, MI on September 30, Burgettstown, PA on October 1, Syracuse, NY on October 2, and Saratoga Springs, NY on October 3 will be canceled. The Zac Brown Band revealed that refunds for each of the shows can be issued at the point of purchase.

The band recently released their Fun Having Fun EP, which contained their single "Same Boat."
