Emporium Pop-ups is known for their creative and unique bar pop-up experiences. This summer we've seen pop-ups centered around 'The Office', 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off', and a glow in the dark mini golf theme. The newest bar on the block though is probably the best one yet - a puppy pop-up bar. YASS x's 10.
Logan Square will be home to the pop-up PUP bar coming to Chicago through the month of September. So where exactly are all the dogs that will be supplied from the bar coming from? The Emporium space has partnered up with Bucktown no-kill dog rescue center, One Tail at a Time, to help a variety of pups find homes. Visitors can bring their pups out while they enjoy beer and cocktails as well as play with, and maybe even adopt, the puppies brought in.
At the center of the bar, you can expect a large gated grass area, a whole lot of dog toys, and a tennis ball pit. As far as for the humans, they can enjoy dog-inspired cocktails like a Greyhound made with Bulldog gin. A portion of the proceeds will actually be going back to One Tail at a Time.
