This is where Lil Nas X enters the chat. The Grammy winner previously faced backlash after announcing a blood-infused sneaker dubbed "the Satan shoe" in collaboration with MSCHF.
After learning about Hawk’s skateboard, Lil Nas tweeted: “now that tony hawk has released skateboards with his blood painted on them, and there was no public outrage, are y’all ready to admit y’all were never actually upset over the blood in the shoes? and maybe u were mad for some other reason?”
Rap Instagram then asked followers on Instagram if “Y’all rockin’ with it!?” while sharing the Hawk story to which Lil Nas commented “nah he tweakin” and thus a new meme was born with fans flooding comments everywhere.
