Business at a Zimbabwean courthouse was brought to a standstill by the arrival of a scarf-clad chicken that prowled the property with an eerie poise that made many wonder if the bird was sent there as a form of black magic. According to a local media report, the bizarre incident occurred last Monday at the Kwekwe Magistrate Court. As the normally routine day unfolded, visitors and workers were stunned by the sudden appearance of a black chicken wearing a red scarf. Beyond the presence of the bird itself, what made the moment particularly mystifying was how the creature strutted around in a manner some likened to a human.
