An eerie video of a mysterious yellow-clad man walking down a road in Ireland has prompted police to step up their patrols of the area in the hopes of finding the peculiar phantom. According to a local media report, Gerard McFerran encountered the weird individual during a drive in late December. The witness was taken aback when he spotted the stranger, who was wearing a long coat, pants, and boots that were all yellow. Chillingly, the man was also adorned with a mask and a black wig.
