I had no idea about this but also wasn’t planning on spraying this everywhere… but, Silly String is prohibited in Hollywood’s public places from 12:00 a.m. on Oct. 31 to 12:00 p.m. on Nov. 1.

Violators face up to six months in jail and $1,000 in fines.

In years past, Silly String caused thousands of dollars in property damage, leaving thick goo coating cars and the famed Hollywood stars.

And speaking of tonight…Halloween Carnaval is taking place tonight from 6 to 11 and is free to attend.

As always, it’s a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny and La Cienega in West Hollywood.

Like years past, it will be packed down there with thousands of people, great DJ sets, food trucks and bar/restaurant celebrations!

Parking will be a nightmare so maybe rideshare is the way to go…but leave the silly string at home.
