NFL Announces Site Of 2028 Super Bowl

The Super Bowl will return to Atlanta in 2028 at the Falcons' home stadium, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, after NFL team owners approved the decision at the league's fall meeting. This will be the fourth time the championship game is played in Atlanta, with the previous one held in 2019.

Falcons owner Arthur M. Blank expressed gratitude for the opportunity and highlighted the city's readiness to host the event. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell praised Blank's contributions to the Atlanta community and emphasized the city's reputation as a top event destination. The upcoming Super Bowl in Atlanta follows New Orleans hosting the game this season and precedes California hosting it for two years.
