Have you been to Mickey D’s this week? They’ve got a new “Collector’s Meal” that takes me right back to my childhood in the 70s and 80s. (Or, as kids call it, “the 1900s.”) Yes, it was last century. Yes, I’m old. Let’s move on!
These are basically Happy Meals for adults, but instead of toys, they come with glasses just like back in the day. Except they won’t actually be glass. They’re plastic, but look like glass. You’ll get one of six with throwback characters including Grimace, Beanie Babies, Hello Kitty, Peanuts, Shrek, Jurassic Park, Barbie, Minions, and even those Coca Cola bears. Of course, you don’t know which one you’ll get...until you get it. How many people do you think will try to return theirs for a different one just to get the entire collection? I’m sure they’ll try to sell these on eBay for too much money.
I would NEVER sell mine! In fact I’ve still got some of the originals from way back when.
