Just how close are you with your day-to-day friends?

The average 30-year-old has lost around 5 friends since the start of the pandemic.

America is experiencing a “friendship recession”.

Americans are spending less time with their friends and more time alone and it’s even worse for males.

Obviously, the pandemic isolated us…but there are a lot of factors…moving to different cities for work…having a bunch of jobs…going out is too expensive

Think about who your core friends were before the pandemic and are they still your friends now? If not, maybe it’s time to reach out.
