A dog in South Carolina wound up needing rescue after it managed to get its head stuck in the dyer vent of a home. The strange situation reportedly occurred last week in the community of Sumter and was detailed in a Facebook post by the city's police department. They explained that the dog, named Spike, had been "sniffing out mischief" when it found itself in the weird predicament wherein its head was stuck sticking out of the house by way of the dryer vent.
