California – Mashed potatoes

Delaware – Cauliflower mashed potatoes
Indiana – Green beans
Kentucky – Hashbrown casserole
Louisiana – Cornbread dressing
Idaho – Side salad
Overall, mashed potatoes is the most popular side dish in the U.S! But some of these I've never tried before! Now, I might have to.
