The streets of a small village in Portugal were flooded by a staggering 600,000 gallons of red wine following a mishap at a local distillery. The weird incident reportedly occurred this past Sunday morning in the tiny town of São Lorenco de Bairro. Located on a hill in the community is Levira Distillery, which is where an enormous storage unit full of red wine suddenly bust open, sending a deluge of the drink pouring down into the town. Making matter worse, the force of the flood as it initially unfolded inside the distillery caused a second similar-sized container to topple over, which exacerbated the situation considerably.
