Recently there have been so many people throwing stuff onstage while artists perform and although it's slightly a norm, it's been getting dangerous. The first incident happened when someone threw a phone at Bebe Rexha while she was performing and had to get stitches above her bruised eye. Then Ava Max was assaulted after a man ran on stage and slapped her so hard that he scratched the inside of her eye.
Adele recently spoke out about these incidents at her concert and now Charlie Puth has spoken out about this dangerous trend going around.
“This trend of throwing things at performers while they are on stage must come to an end,” the “We Don’t Talk Anymore” singer wrote on Twitter last week, pointing out that Bebe Rexha, Ava Max and Kelsea Ballerini all were recently harmed by out-of-control concertgoers throwing things at the singers.
“It’s so disrespectful and very dangerous,” he added. “Please just enjoy the music I beg of you…”
Other incidents where things are being thrown on stage at artists was when Kelsea Ballerini was hit with a flying object. She walked off stage for a moment but came back out with a messages to the crowd. And another one that was a little weird is someone threw their deceased mother's ashes at P!nk while she was performing overseas. For more, click here.
