Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett is staying busy!
On top of festival gigs with the Foos and his own solo stuff, Shiflett has announced the launch of a new podcast!
“My new show, ‘Shred With Shifty,’ was born out of the fact that I spend an awful lot of time watching people on the internet explain guitar parts almost right, so I thought, what if I could just go to the source and find out what my favorite players actually did on the solos I love?” Shiflett told Variety.
Guests to be featured on the podcast include Rivers Cuomo from Weezer, Mike McCready from Pearl Jam, Rush's Alex Lifeson, Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora, Nile Rodgers, and Brad Paisley.
"Shred With Shifty" premieres on June 22.
