New Graphic Novel Has Jimi Hendrix Save The Universe With His Guitar

Jimi Hendrix is a 'time-traveling intergalactic hero' in a new graphic novel co-created by the guitar legend's sister.

Jimi Hendrix: Purple Haze sends the guitarist on a "perilous quest to the very center of the universe", where he'll save the world with the power of rock 'n' roll.

The book is fully authorized by the Hendrix estate and created in collaboration with his sister Janie Hendrix. The 128-page hardcover will be published by Titan Comics in November.
