LA Chargers Are Sending The Club Q Shooting Hero To The Super Bowl

This past weekend at the Rams vs Chargers at SoFi Stadium, the Los Angeles Chargers invited lifelong fan Richard Fierro to their game on January 1st. Fierro is responsible for helping stop the shooter during the Club Q mass shooting in Colorado Springs back in November.

The Chargers invited Fierro and his family onto the field before the game and that's when former Charger LaDainian Tomlinson presented tickets the family so they can attend the Super Bowl on behalf of the team. The Chargers presented him tickets to the Super Bowl as a way to recognize and thank him for his bravery from the night of the mass shooting.

“Thank you for the tour and the love the Los Angeles Chargers showed us, you and the team did not have to do any of this, I’m so grateful and humbled by this gesture. Salud and anytime you’re in the Springs beer is on me at Atrevida Beer Co,” Richard said.

Super Bowl LVII will be on Sunday, February 12th at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. For more information, click here.
