A spooky piece of home security footage from Cornwall shows an eerie anomaly that a psychic medium contends is the ghost of a nurse who once worked in the neighborhood. The chilling video was reportedly captured last month by a camera watching over a set of step leading to the second floor of Rob Williams' residence in the community of Launceston. As he was about to go to sleep one evening, he recalled, his motion-activated security system alerted him to a presence outside his home. Checking a life feed from the camera, Williams was taken aback by "what I thought was someone standing at the bottom of the stairs."
