Who knew that Noah Schnapp, aka Will Byers from Stranger Things, would take up being a lifeguard as a summer job. Even though Noah is a big star in the Netflix series, he wanted the part-time job as a lifeguard to help him experience some normalcy as a teen and to help keep him humble. In an interview with Flaunt, Noah said that:
โItโs kind of a โjust for funโ thing,โ he said. โIโve kind of grown up with a normal life and normal friends and stuff outside of Stranger Things, so itโs kind of kept me grounded.โ
Noah did just recently graduate from high school and is continuing his education at the University of Pennsylvania to study business. According to Vanity Fair, Noah said that he chose to major in business because he "wanted to try something new" and that "acting was just kind of repetitive." He was also inspired by his costar Millie Bobby Brown, aka Eleven, because she will be attending Purdue University to study human services. I love this for them๐ฅบโค
Taking up business in college for Noah is a great move because he is the founder of TBH which is a vegan, eco-friendly alternative to Nutella. Noah explained his reason behind the brand and how he came up with the idea saying:
"I love Nutella. Itโs my favorite thing ever, but itโs so bad for you and so bad for the planet. And so I was like, thereโs a gap in the market for that. I need to fix it. Itโs been a cool learning experience, too, building the package and taste testing what works and what doesnโt and seeing the feedback. Iโm very excited to continue on that kind of entrepreneurship journey and see whatโs next.โ
