Monkeypox Vaccine Site Will Open Up At East Hollywood's Barnsdall Art Park

Monkeypox cases continue to rise and recently it was declared a health emergency by the state and federal government. There is a new monkeypox vaccination site that will be opening up at Barnsdall Art Park in East Hollywood on Tuesday. According to ABC 7, doses are limited and people who pre-register with LA County will be notified when a vaccine is available.

The new site, located at 4800 Hollywood Blvd., is expected to vaccinate about 300 people a day and will be open from 12pm-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Walk-ups will not be allowed at the site as there is a limited number of vaccines available within the country.
