As prices continue to rise across America, the price of meat is no exception. Wings, beef, and ribs are staples amongst many Fourth of July family cookouts and according to FB.org the price of meat has risen by 17% since 2021. Chicken specifically have increased by 33%. For those that are shopping late for their Fourth of July celebration, they'll see prices even higher. Grocery stores raise prices around high-buy times including holidays. Either be prepared to spend the extra cash or consider skipping the meat and going veggie this Fourth.
