Today, Heal the Bay released their annual "report card" on where the cleanest and dirtiest beaches are in California.
The "report card" grade tested about 700 beaches and was based on bacterial pollution. Some California beaches were impacted negatively due to major spills over the past year, but surprisingly 51 beaches made it to the "Honor Roll" list which is more compared to last years 35.
