Yesterday, a former TMZ employee, Morgan Tremaine, testified that the infamous 'kitchen cabinet' video the the jury watched was longer than the video sent in to TMZ. According to Tremaine, the video that had been sent in to TMZ was missing Heard setting up the camera and more shockingly Heard seemingly snickering to the camera at the end of the video.

"When I had clicked the direct link that we received and watched the video in its entirety. It was much shorter than the video we had received- the video that's been played in this trial. There was some a bit at the beginning that was played here in which Ms. heard is seemingly sort of setting up the camera and getting into position. And the, there's a bit at the end, where she seemingly snickering and looks at the camera. That part was not present in what we received" Tremaine testified.

Tremaine testified against the wishes of his former employer, TMZ. TMZ had submitted an emergency motion to stop his testimony stating that they feared Tremaine would expose their source, even though Tremaine did not know who revealed it.
